We issue multiple reminders prior to your appointment through text, email, and a phone call if not confirmed. We understand circumstances arise and we try to be as flexible as possible during those times. At Lavish Beauty Bar, we request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours will incur a 100% service charge for the appointment. All no Shows will incur a 100% service charge for the missed appointment. After 2 No-Shows you will be required to give a 100% deposit before making future any appointments at the salon. Pre-payment in full for service is required after a no-show appointment.
