We issue multiple reminders prior to your appointment through text, email and a phone call if not confirmed. We understand circumstances arise and we try to be as flexible as possible during those times. At Lavish Beauty Bar we request at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours will incur a 100% service charge for the appointment. All "No-Shows" will incur a 100% service charge for missed appointment. After 2 "No-Shows" you will be required to give a 100% deposit before making future appointments at the salon. Pre-payment in full for service is required after a "No-Show" appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment for a different day and a 100% service charge will incur for the appointment.
