In October of 2008, Richard and Bette Dalee launched Dalee Salon & Spa with a modest staff of 6 and a vision of top-notch service for the Montrose community.
Longtime stylist and salon manager Ashley Bates took ownership of the salon in 2015. Montrose residents Nicole and Jeff Metzger now own Lavish Beauty Bar and are very excited to bring a new take on the salon experience. We now have a staff of 10 incredibly talented women offering a full-service hair and tanning salon, esthetician services, weight loss referrals, Halo Couture hair extensions and a med spa. A fresh take on hair
Nicole is a long-time resident of the Montrose, Co. area, originally from Southern California, she grew up in the beauty industry. Her passions rest upon her love of the clients, customer service, and working with other businesses within the Montrose community and surrounding areas. She started out as a part-time receptionist in 2018 working her way up to Salon Manager. She and Her husband Jeff now own Lavish Beauty Bar and are so excited about their new adventure.
